It is okay to procrastinate the current task. Now, work on the next task in the list.
It has been infused deep into our brain that procrastination is a negative habit that must be avoided, at all cost. Actually, there is nothing wrong with procrastination. If you look at it from a different perspective, it is simply an action of taking a break from the calling task at hand and focusing our attention on other things.
If you learn from the stories of successful people, you’ll notice that they can be quite a procrastinator. However, they know that an important thing on hold must be substituted with another important thing.
So go ahead and procrastinate. But make sure you work on the other to-do list during that period of procrastination.
