Negotiation is both art and science.

Knowing what to say, when to say and how to say it; that’s art. Understanding the psychology of human being, how they think, how they react at a certain time; that’s science.

It’s important to always speak the truth, have a deal that makes sense for both parties and create a win/win situation.

Negotiation is relevant to both business & relationship.

Try not to let any side of the party being left in hatred or resentment after the deal is made and have no hard feelings if things don’t work out.
